This Monitors give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Almost Awesome
I purchased this monitor at Staples because they were selling it on sale at $189. It was one of the few 24" monitors available, and I was attracted to the size / resolution and image quality right off the bat. Compared to the other monitors on display, it seemed brighter and crisper. I also liked the energy star badge, and DVI, VGA, and HDMI connections. In the future, it could easily support gaming / TV duties. It was also one of the only monitors that had some negative tilt, which I need because of the desk I work on.
Well, this might be a good example of "in store" versus "in home" performance.
Setting up the monitor was a breeze, it looks decent and has a neat LED glow under the logo, which is tasteful. The On Screen Menu is easy to use, and while I usually hate touch buttons, these seem to work very well.
The issue is, once I turned it on and starting staring at it, it just didn't seem like the same awesome display I had seen. I really think that...
2. Crisp Images
Before upgrading our PC, we did quite a bit of research looking for the right monitor. Dell's monitors were one of our considerations, but we just weren't sure, until we were able to physically compare them side by side with other HDMI monitors. This monitor came home with us because of its crisp and clear images.
Installation was a snap. The HDMI cable is the only we had to hook up. Set up was easy and we were up in running in no time! I have NO complaints about our choice. The screen is adjustable and the picture quality is phenomenal - making it perfect for everyday use as well as gaming and viewing movies.

Great Monitor
I just got this monitor yesterday on sale for $170 so I can't rate it on reliabilty but so far I love it. It is an excellent monitor for the price. I've watched a couple of movies on it and just played Skyrim and the quality is far superior to my last monitor which was a Hannspree (died after 5 months). Definitely recommended.
