This Monitors give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Defective USB 3.0 Hub *** AVOID ****
On paper, this monitor sounds great but I recently picked one up and discovered that the USB 3.0 Hub is completely defective on the vast majority of versions out there. If you plug the USB cable into a USB 2.0 connector on your motherboard or use only USB 2.0 devices, then the problem does not appear, but as soon as you use a USB 3.0 connector and a USB 3.0 device, the Hub fails to function. In USB 3.0 mode, the monitor either does not recognize the device or cycles between connected/disconnected. There's nothing you can do to fix it as it is broken at the hardware level.
My guess is most people who own the monitor either don't have USB 3.0 ports on their motherboard or own no USB 3.0 devices, but as I wanted to use this monitor for the next 5 years or so, this was unacceptable to me. And yes, I tried with different USB cables, USB 2.0 and 3.0 devices, and even a different computer. Problem was the same in all cases.
Worse yet, Dell knows about the issue and has...
2. Dell UltraSharp U2713H 104P6 27-Inch review
Really beautiful monitor - the pixel density and clarity and contrast were even better than I had hoped. I use dark themes, and these are displayed very nicely. No edge bleed issues - something I was very apprehensive about. Anti-glare coating is very nice - very subtle. I'm now running this monitor on a Dell XPS 8300 desktop at 2560x1440 resolution on Linux Mint 15 (Linux auto-adjusted to the new resolution without my having to lift a finger). Very high wow factor - stunning. I like the stand adjustment and swivel - secure, stable, smooth, and very convenient for hooking up the cables. Headphone audio jack works fine - I wanted to listen to Blu-Ray by headphones. HDMI and digital monitor ports work fine. I'm using this monitor for 1080p Blu-Ray usage, and that seems to be working really well, too. This monitor does not have an analog (blue) video port/cable, but I was halfway expecting that. In short, the monitor was exactly as described.

Great display
The specs and price speak for itself, and a great price makes this a no brainer. I opted for this over the 30" because of the value this display had. Same technology/features in both, but you're paying significantly more for the 30" for a marginal increase is size. If money were no object, obviously the 30" would have been my choice. Being calibrated right out of the box is also helpful. This display is a bit more green at the whitepoints, even when calibrated with the X-rite device recommended for this display compared to my other 2 Dell Ultrasharp displays. Having USB 3.0 and a CF reader is also nice over my other Dell monitor which does not have a CF reader. Because of the wider gamut, it did take some getting used to. Make sure you use a web browser that supports embedded color profiles for the full benefit.
