This Monitors give to us some advantages, like this :
1. 3D passive video is mature
This monitor is really good and I will give the grade 9/10. The stand is rather limited regarding the height adjustment, otherwise I would give 10/10 !
In the 2D mode I get the required quality for usual tasks: programming, word processing, etc...The color ajustments are almost useless.
In the past I have used the D2342P model and there were still a few drawbacks: possible crosstalks, correct viewing position difficult to achieve, etc...I purchased this new monitor in Korea a few weeks ago, because it was not available in Europe at that time. So I have made many tests and I can see today the improvements made by LG with the 43 serie. I own 30 3DBlu-Rays and I don't get anymore crosstalks, even on subtitles which are very sensitive to them.
THE MARRIAGE IPS-LE+3D PASSIVE HAS BEEN A RIGHT CHOICE.
Only in the 3D mode there is still a constrain on the viewing distance. I found that 1.30m is a good value and for this reason I have chosen the D2743P monitor instead...
2. Beautiful Monitor
I already have a 3D television hooked up to a computer, but I was not happy with the response rate even after adjustments to the TV (there would still be a delay between moving the mouse and seeing the pointer move on screen). When I built a new computer for the office, I decided to replace the old monitor as well and since I already have experience with 3D, I looked for and bought this 3D monitor.
The colors and contrast on this monitor are very nice. Text and web-browsing are clear and easy to read. Response time is excellent. There's a "Super Energy Saving" feature which will reduce power use and consumption and will tell you how many trees you've saved.
I did take one star off because if you enter 3D mode (watch a movie, play a game), the monitor will disable the "Super Energy Saving" feature and will not re-enable it after you exit 3D. I understand that while in 3D, the monitor needs to give you the best/brightest picture possible (which...

Great 3d computer monitor.
This is a really nice monitor for both normal 2D use and 3d viewing. I have viewed 3d movies using an external usb blu-ray with 3D support.
