1. Very pleased
Wanted to throw my name into the ring as well as a new owner of the PQ321 who is insanely happy with my purchase. With scaling set to 100% (I don't mind the small fonts) I've massively expanded my available desktop space, and as a programmer who usually has 3 or 4 different applications open at once, it has greatly increased my productivity, and I've only had it for a few hours! Installation was easy (note: using Windows 8.1 preview, I hear it adds DPI functionality, so I don't know if it'd be so seamless under normal 8), thankfully my Radeon came with a mini display port to display port converter or else I'd have been really pissed not being able to use it day one! I used eyefinity to make it a single display @60hz (after turning on MST using the PQ's menu). One thing that stumped me for a few minutes, no sound after eyefinity'ing it - solution was simple, make sure you select monitor 1 as the default sound output device under playback devices! I haven't tried any games yet so can't...
2. flawless
Replaced two monitors 2560x1600 with a single PQ321Q and love the new setup! The picture is flawless--sharp, bright, and amazing! Installation was as easy as plugging in a displayport cable (included). Planning to upgrade my video card soon, because 4k resolution requires a very powerful video card.

ASUS PQ321Q is top notch
This is one spectacular monitor. It has all the controls to allow it to be calibrated. The resolution is fantastic. It was plug-and-play with my Radeon 7870 video card. The colors are fantastic.
