This Monitors give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Flawless
I've had this on pre-order and it finally showed up twelve hours ago. [Heck, I saw the UPS guy pick it up at the train yard across the street!] My system has been stress testing it the whole time with Blu-Ray DVD's movies as well as the usual graphics benchmarks. Extremely close examination reveals no dead pixels of any color (White, RGB, CYM if that's your preference), very accurate rendering of images/video whether file footage or benchmark, and no tearing. The speakers hold up well for normal use, but you'll want something serious if gaming and the like is your goal. I have it connected to an AMD W7000 workstation card via a Display Port 1.2 cable (my own). It does come with a DVI-D cable and that tested fine as well. So far, it's on my highly recommended list especially when priced against the competition. I think I'm in love. Think? I AM in love.
2. Get it!
I've been waiting for this kind of deal for quite awhile. No bad pixels, excellent picture, great price, resolution, etc!!! The only negative I can find so far is thickness and the button placement. The buttons face downwards and are placed further back than makes sense. I don't use the buttons too often so still 5 stars.

Unbelievable picture quality and color.
I had the monitor delivered today and I've been glued to it for a few hours. I am *really* impressed with it. The colors of the IPS panel are fantastic! I do have an excellent Samsung Samsung S27a750d 120hz TN panel, and the colors blow that away. I would say it has a slightly warm tint to it out of the box, but it's just fine. Everything is super sharp, and it's not obnoxiously over-saturated.
I would say this was a huge step up from my 27" Samsung 1080p. The extra screen space mixed with the much higher resolution is a win. I can't see any dead pixels.
The thing I was most worried about was the response time and 60hz limit. Coming from a 120 hz Samsung, I can say that I did notice it a little bit in games and 2d. After a couple of hours, it's not even an issue. The pros far outweigh the cons. I played some MechWarrior Online and BF3 and I didn't notice any lag from the 7ms response time (my samsung has a 2ms I believe).
The colors popping in the...
