I have now had three of these for a year(for 2 of them it will be a year at the end of September). They have been on 24/7 during that time period and I have never had any problem with any of them. They have thus far proved themselves to be a quality product and the company that stands behind them has apparently proved that tho those that had had issues and those issues seem to be minor when they occur. New buyers should feel very safe when trying to decide if this monitor will hold up. I also enjoy the colors of this monitor when I find the time to play games on them. I just started to play CRYSIS 2 again from the beginning and that is what prompted me to address the quality of this monitor.

2. better than expected
Pre-ordered on day one since it is announced. Chose this one over no-name eBay model for the display port and HDMI support to match my new Macbook Pro Retina. Received the unit with a faulty power adaptor (making high pitch noise). After a power adaptor RMA, it works perfectly with both my PC through DVI and MBPr with miniDisplayport to Displayport cable.
Text is clear and color looks fine to me. Highly recommended for display port and HTMI, and also manufacture support (email and phone support at Nixeus is super responsive and fast)

Professional Monitor at a great price!
My friends recommended I get a professional IPS monitor for my new love affair of photography, but I didn't want to sacrifice camera lens money... the screen is glossy and the colors and brightness look great out of the box, but my brother helped me with a little calibration. he's pretty surprised for the price I got this monitor for. now I have extra money for more camera lens! its pretty awesome!
